Product Support Engineer


Job Description

You will be part of the customer success team responsible for bringing value to the customer by unblocking users by resolving day to day support issues. Yours is a technical support role, your primary responsibility to analyse, prioritise, and resolve the support tickets.

Responsibilities

  • Work with end-users, your team and the product engineering team to analyse, prioritise, and resolve the production help requests.

Requirements

  • Working experience on banking application(Temenos, Finacle, FinnOne or similar core banking application)
  • Working knowledge of SQL and Database (RDBMS)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience

Ideally 1 — 2 years experience
